TSP to play the Fillmore Jazz Festival, San Francisco

We will be doing a special quartet performance at this years Fillmore Jazz Festival. We will be playing our interpretation of Miles Smiles. Miles Davis's legendary 1967 recording. This is one of our favorite recordings. If you are unfamiliar you can check it out @ rdio.com.

The Fillmore Jazz Festival is the largest free Jazz festival on the West Coast, drawing over 90,000 visitors over the Independence Day weekend. From sunup to sundown, visitors can groove to the sounds of live music from multiple stages, browse the offerings of over 8 blocks of fine art and crafts and enjoy gourmet food and beverages. Asian to Cajun, paintings to pottery, old favorites and new directions, the Fillmore Jazz Festival is not to be missed.

The Jazz Arts Initiative is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion, education, preservation of jazz and related art forms in and around the Charlotte, NC area. We were thrilled to headline their first annual jazz festival. It was a blast to play with our friends there and we always love supporting The Jazz Arts Initiative. Can't wait to see you next time! TSP lights up Carnegie Hall

TSP, by invitation of the great concert pianist Elaine Kwon, played to a full house at Carnegie Hall. All proceeds went to benefit the charity Best Buddies.

TSP's Mark Rapp Played the BMW Pro-Am Celebrity Concert

It was such a blast playing on and offstage with actor Rob Morrow (Northern Exposure, Numbers), comedian Gary Valentine (King of Queens), Danny Masterson (That 70's Show, Men at Work), musicians Josh Kelley, Steve Azar, Mark Bryan (Hootie & the Blowfish), Rascal Flatts and so many more. TSP plays Charlotte's Get Jazzed on Healthcare

TSP was very honored to play for Charlotte's Shelter Health Services benefit concert. All proceeds went to help fund healthcare for homeless women and children in the Charlotte, NC region.
